Shipping & Delivery

Our standard shipping within typically takes 3-7business days after processing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Yes, we understand sometimes you need your artistic lighting sooner! We offer expedited shipping options for most items, which you can select during checkout. Delivery times and costs for expedited shipping will be displayed before you complete your order.

To save your time and reach our support quickly, please follow below steps:

  • Create a staff account for us (with Themes permission and Settings permission) http://docs.shopify.com/manual/settings/account/staff-members
  • Capture screenshot or video for the issue you get.
  • Specify which template and version you are using.
  • Describe clearly how to reproduce the issue.
  • Send all information (staff account, screenshot, video, template name and version, description of the issues, link) to email@domain.com

Once your order is lovingly packed and shipped, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's website. You can use this to follow your package's journey from our studio to your doorstep.

We meticulously inspect and package every piece, but if your order arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, please contact our Customer Care team at Lightarty@outlook.com or through our Contact Page within 48 hours for damage / 7 days for incorrect item of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work swiftly to make things right, whether it's a replacement, exchange, or refund, as outlined in our Returns Policy.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

Yes, LightArtsy is delighted to bring artistic illumination to customers around the globe! We ship to many international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.

We aim to process orders quickly to get your beautiful lighting to you promptly. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 1-24 hours of placing it. If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled but can be returned according to our Return Policy.
