At LightArtsy, we believe the right light changes everything — and we want to make sure it's right for your space. If something isn't working for you, we're here to make it easy.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition and original packaging.

To start a return, simply email us at lightarty@outlook.com with your order number and a brief note about why you'd like to return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Items eligible for return:

Unused, uninstalled items in original packaging
Items with manufacturing defects or damage upon arrival

Items not eligible for return:

Items that have been installed or show signs of use
Custom or made-to-order items
Items returned without prior authorization

Exchanges

Not quite the right fit for your space? We're happy to help you find the one that is.

Email us at lightarty@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll guide you through an exchange. If the item you want is a different price, we'll sort out the difference with you directly.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please email lightarty@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A photo of the damage or defect

We'll make it right — whether that's a replacement, a repair part, or a full refund. No hoops, no hassle.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we can't guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.

2-Year Quality Guarantee

Every LightArtsy product is backed by our 2-year quality guarantee. If your light develops a manufacturing defect within two years of purchase, contact us at lightarty@outlook.com and we'll take care of it.
