Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at hello@lightartsy.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes — you'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and most of Western Europe. For other destinations, please contact us before placing your order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days within the US. Express options are available at checkout. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $150. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We're sorry to hear that. Please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@lightartsy.com. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly — no questions asked.

Products & Installation

Do your lights require an electrician to install?

Most of our pendant lights and ceiling fixtures require hardwiring and should be installed by a qualified electrician. Table lamps, floor lamps, and plug-in wall sconces can be set up without professional help. Each product page specifies the installation requirements.

Are your bulbs included?

Bulbs are not included unless specifically stated on the product page. We recommend LED bulbs with a colour temperature of 2700K–3000K for the warmest, most flattering light. Each product listing includes our bulb recommendations.

Are your fixtures dimmable?

Many of our fixtures are dimmable — this is noted on each product page. Please ensure your dimmer switch is compatible with LED bulbs for best results.
