Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $150. Orders under $150 are charged a flat rate of $9.95.

Delivery Timeframes

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive this email.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country and are not included in our pricing or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Returns

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your LightArtsy purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unused and in its original condition
• In the original packaging with all components included
• Not a final sale or custom item

How to Return

1. Email us at hello@lightartsy.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day (US orders only)
3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at any authorised carrier location
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please photograph the issue and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return required for damaged goods.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order. This ensures the fastest turnaround for you.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
